Installation

module load python/3.7
source ~/py37/bin/activate
pip install snipar

assuming that the Python environment is ~/py37/bin/activate.

Source

This is standard, i.e.,

git clone https://github.com/AlexTISYoung/snipar
cd snipar
python -m unittest snipar.tests

and the repository is then available from snipar/ subdirectory.

KING

This is available from http://www.chen.kingrelatedness.com/.

King v2.2.4 was used in the paper.
